Terms of Service
Last updated: June 2026
These Terms of Service of the MeerGuard VPN (hereinafter — the "Agreement") constitute a public offer in accordance with Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Acceptance of the offer occurs upon payment for a subscription or continued use of the Service. Use of the Service signifies full and unconditional consent to all terms of this Agreement.
1. General Provisions
These Terms of Service govern the provision and use of the MeerGuard VPN service (hereinafter — the "Service"). The Service is provided on a paid basis by the rights holder "MeerGuard VPN" (hereinafter — the "Licensor"). By using the Service, you agree to these terms.
2. Service Description
MeerGuard VPN provides virtual private network (VPN) services for protecting internet connections and ensuring online privacy. The Service provides configurations and data for VPN connection; actual VPN traffic is delivered by third-party nodes. Performance, speed, and stability depend on third-party hosting and internet providers. Some features may be temporarily unavailable (testing, maintenance, regional restrictions).
3. Plans and Subscriptions
As of the current revision, the following plans are available:
- 1 month — 198 RUB
- 3 months — 495 RUB
- Trial period — 3 days for 1 RUB
The trial period is part of the subscription model. After it ends, a 1-month subscription at 198 RUB is automatically activated unless auto-renewal is disabled by the user. The user is notified of this at the time of trial activation. Auto-renewal can be disabled at any time in the Telegram bot: My Subscription → Disable Auto-Renewal. Plans are published on the website and may be changed by the Licensor unilaterally.
4. Usage Rules
When using the Service, you are prohibited from:
- Using the Service for unlawful activities
- Using VPN configurations for DDoS attacks, hacking, distribution of malware
- Distributing prohibited materials through the servers
- Using torrent clients (uTorrent, Zona, etc.) on PC and Mac
- Sharing your account access with third parties
- Reselling or distributing the configurations you received
- Creating excessive load on the servers or disrupting the Service
- Violating the laws of your country of residence while using the VPN
The User is responsible for their online activity. In case of rule violations, the Licensor may restrict or terminate access to the Service.
5. Payment and Refunds
Payment is processed through our website or via the Telegram bot. Refunds are available within 3 (three) calendar days from the date of payment if the Service did not meet the User's expectations. To request a refund, please contact our support before this period expires. After 3 (three) days, payments are non-refundable, as access to the Service is considered fully provided. In case of User violations of usage rules, refunds are not issued.
6. Recurring Payments (Auto-Renewal)
The subscription is automatic (recurring) when auto-renewal is enabled. Recurring payment terms:
- Recurring payments are activated upon subscription payment via the website or Telegram bot
- Charges follow the selected plan: 198 RUB every 30 days or 495 RUB every 3 months
- Card data is not stored by the Licensor — it is processed only by the payment system
- Auto-renewal can be disabled in the Telegram bot under My Subscription
- The last recurring payment may be refunded upon contacting support
7. Device Limit and Additional Connections
Each subscription plan includes the ability to use VPN on 3 devices simultaneously. Additional devices can be added beyond this limit:
- Cost of an additional device — 60 RUB per month per device
- The fee is added to your main subscription cost and charged in a single payment at the next renewal
- The additional device price is fixed only when subscription auto-renewal is enabled
- Device management (view and disconnect) is available in the Telegram bot: My Subscription → Devices
- If the device limit is exceeded without purchasing additional slots, the service will notify the user; if no action is taken within 24 hours, excess devices are automatically disconnected starting from the earliest connections
8. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". The Licensor does not guarantee uninterrupted operation of the Service and is not liable for: operation of third-party VPN nodes; quality of the User's internet connection; operation of payment systems; consequences of the User's actions when using the Service.
9. Changes to Terms
The Licensor reserves the right to modify these Terms. The current version of the Agreement is published on this page — its publication constitutes proper notification to Users. The Licensor may discontinue the Service by giving at least 14 (fourteen) days notice.
10. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Russian Federation. Disputes are resolved through pre-trial claim procedures. Invalidity of individual clauses does not affect the validity of the Agreement as a whole.
